Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize prestige category sales by engaging guests and assessing their beauty needs. You will guide clients through makeup, skincare and fragrance selections while following store policies and procedures.

This role supports the Sales Manager with service excellence and event-driven sales, and requires a passion for beauty and strong guest service skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver exceptional guest service and drive sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed store goals for prestige sales and guest loyalty
• Provide exceptional guest service, greet guests and personalize recommendations
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges courteously
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demos
• Book appointments for services and in-store events
• Stay informed on new trends and products to assist guests
• Maintain consistent attendance and reliability
