Job summary

The Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) at Ulta Beauty is responsible for maximizing sales in the prestige category (color cosmetics, skincare, fragrance) by engaging guests to determine their needs and guiding them to the right products, while maintaining store standards.

This role supports the Sales Manager, participates in events and demonstrations, stays current on industry trends, and builds strong guest relationships to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetician license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and guiding product selection.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greet guests, and recommend products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
