Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category (color cosmetics, skincare, fragrance) by engaging guests and guiding product selections. The role supports the Sales Manager through performance, people, and process, with a focus on guest service and brand sales goals.

The PBA will handle routine sales, makeovers and demonstrations, book appointments for services and events, and stay current on beauty trends to better serve guests.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma; cosmetology or demonstrator license as required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store sales, guest loyalty, and brand sales goals.
• Provide exceptional guest service; greet, engage, and personalize recommendations.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to drive prestige sales.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge for guests.
