Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty and omni-channel sales.
• Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting, engaging, and personalizing service for each guest.
• Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
