The Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) at Ulta Beauty is responsible for maximizing sales in the prestige category by engaging guests, determining their needs, and guiding them to the right color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance.

This role supports the Sales Manager with service excellence, in-store events, training, and maintaining store standards, while building guest relationships and staying current on trends and products.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates passion and competency for prestige products and guest service.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork capability.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to meeting store goals for prestige sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional service with greeting, needs assessment, and product recommendations.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to drive sales.
• Stay informed on trends, products, and ingredients to better serve guests.
