Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category (cosmetics, skincare, fragrance) by engaging guests to determine their needs and guiding them to the right products.

The role supports the Sales Manager in achieving service, guest experience, and brand goals while maintaining store standards. The position requires passion for the beauty industry, outstanding guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred and cosmetology license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and assisting with selections.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greet guests, and recommend products and services.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events.
