Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrates passion for prestige product, guest service, and selling.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals in the prestige category and drive sales.
• Provide exceptional service and engage every guest with personalized recommendations.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain replenished, clean, and organized prestige work area and ensure tester hygiene.
