Qualifications

• Knowledge of prestige products in color cosmetics, skincare and fragrance.
• Excellent guest service and selling skills.
• Ability to learn and communicate product knowledge.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales in prestige.
• Greet and engage guests; personalize service; recommend products; inform promotions.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events; support guest experience.
• Stay informed on product trends and ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt attendance.
• Collaborate with managers and associates to grow the business.
• Participate in ongoing training including prestige and brand product education.
