Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and guiding them to the right color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. The role supports the Sales Manager with a focus on guest service, performance, and in-store events, while maintaining store standards and a passion for beauty.

The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge of products, trend awareness, and the ability to communicate benefits to guests.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Passion and competency for prestige product, guest service, and selling.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for prestige category and brands.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting guests and personalizing recommendations.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Maintain store standards, replenish and organize prestige work areas.
