Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals in prestige sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service with greeting, engagement, and personalized product recommendations.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
