Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests, assessing needs, and guiding selections of color cosmetics, skincare and fragrance. You will support the Sales Manager with service excellence, events, and guest engagement while upholding store standards.

Key requirements include passion for beauty, strong communication, and ability to train and learn product knowledge to improve prestige sales performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology license where required by state.
• Strong guest service and selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive prestige category sales through guest engagement and product demonstrations.
• Assist guests in selecting cosmetics, skincare and fragrance to meet individual needs.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness and replenishment.
• Support events and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Adhere to policies, dress code, and loss prevention procedures.
