Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. You will engage guests, provide personalized service, and perform makeup applications and demos to drive prestige brand sales.

The role supports the Sales Manager with a focus on service, guest experience, and store standards, including events and loyalty programs. A flexible schedule is required, with days, evenings, weekends, and holidays expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and assisting with purchases.
• Provide exceptional guest service and inform guests of promotions, events, and services.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events.
• Maintain hygiene and replenish testers; ensure store areas are neat and stocked.
