Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in prestige category by engaging guests and advising on color cosmetics, skincare and fragrance.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greet guests, and inform them of promotions and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product benefits to better assist guests.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and replenishment, including testers and displays.
