Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category and engage guests to determine their needs. You will assist with color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance, while following company policies and maintaining store standards.

The role supports the Sales Manager with service, events, and guest experience. The position requires a passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge quickly.

Formación

• Experience with prestige beauty products and guest service.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and product knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize sales in prestige category by engaging guests and assisting in selection.
• Provide exceptional guest service and inform guests of promotions and services.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis with guests.
• Book appointments and support in-store events delivering guest experiences.
• Maintain store standards, replenishment, and hygiene of testers.
