Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category—color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance—by engaging guests and guiding product selections. The role supports the Sales Manager with service, events, and a positive guest experience.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for beauty, strong guest service skills, and the ability to learn product knowledge quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in selecting prestige cosmetics, skincare and fragrance.
• Provide makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales.

• Maintain store standards and replenish displays according to policy.
• Explain current promotions and loyalty programs to guests.
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
