Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category—color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance—by engaging guests to assess their needs and guide selections. You will support the Sales Manager with service, events, and brand partnerships while upholding store standards.

The role requires exceptional guest service, a passion for beauty, and the ability to communicate product knowledge.

Qualificações

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize sales in prestige category by engaging guests to determine needs and assist in selection and purchase.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greeting guests and personalizing service to drive sales.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver premier guest experiences.
• Stay informed about industry trends and brand products to educate guests.
