Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by engaging guests and guiding selections.

The role supports the Sales Manager with a focus on service, guest experience and in-store events, requiring a passion for the beauty industry and strong product knowledge. The PBA will perform makeup applications and skincare analysis, deliver product demonstrations, and ensure testers and displays are well maintained.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in prestige category (color cosmetics, skincare, fragrance).
• Engage guests to determine needs and assist in selection and purchase of prestige merchandise.
• Provide makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book and support in-store services and events to drive prestige sales.
• Stay informed on trends, products, and ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain store standards including cleanliness and restocking.
• Provide excellent guest service and manage exchanges as needed.
• Support Sales Manager with store performance and guest experience.
