Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. You will engage guests to identify needs and guide selections while upholding store standards and brand policies.

You will support the Sales Manager with service, events, and guest engagement, while staying current on trends and product knowledge to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology or demonstrator license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales.
• Ensure exceptional service by greeting guests and personalizing recommendations.
• Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Stay informed on new industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
