Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests, assessing needs, and guiding selections of color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. You will support the Sales Manager and deliver an unrivaled guest experience while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include makeup applications, product demonstrations, booking appointments, and assisting with in-store events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology or esthetician license per state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred; beauty retail experience a plus.
• Demonstrates passion for prestige products and guest service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in prestige category and contribute to store goals.
• Greet guests, assess needs, and guide product selections.
• Perform makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive add-on sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events.
• Stay informed on trends and product benefits to educate guests.
• Maintain store cleanliness and replenish testers per hygiene standards.
• Adhere to dress code and Ulta Beauty policies.
