Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Washington state is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category across color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. You’ll engage guests to determine needs, assist in selecting products, and maintain store standards while supporting the Sales Manager with service, events, and team collaboration.

The role requires passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for prestige category and brands.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests and informing them of promotions and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
