Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Tukwila, WA is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by engaging guests to determine their needs and guiding selections while upholding store standards.

This role supports the Sales Manager with service, guest experience, and in-store events, requiring a passion for beauty, exceptional service, and ability to learn product knowledge; a flexible schedule and training participation are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician, or demonstrator license as required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, retail shrink and omni-channel sales, with a focus on prestige category and iconic brands.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, recommending products, and informing guests of current promotions and events.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events delivering an unrivaled guest experience while meeting prestige and iconic brand goals.
• Stay informed on new industry trends, products, and services and be knowledgeable about ingredients and benefits.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
