Ulta Beauty in Manchester, CT is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests, assessing needs and guiding them to the right cosmetics, skincare and fragrance products. You will support the Sales Manager with service excellence, events, and guest loyalty initiatives.

The role requires exceptional guest service, a passion for beauty, and the ability to stay informed about new trends and products.

Qualifications

High school diploma preferred; cosmetology license where required by state law.
1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
Demonstrates passion for prestige products, guest service and selling.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Contribute to meeting/exceeding store goals in retail and service sales.
Greet guests, personalize service, and suggest complementary products.
Handle sales, refunds and exchanges in a courteous manner.
Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demonstrations.
Book appointments and support in-store events to drive prestige sales.
Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge.
Maintain regular attendance and store standards.
