Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology license required by state where applicable.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in prestige category (color cosmetics, skincare, fragrance) by engaging guests and determining needs.
• Assist guests in selecting and purchasing prestige merchandise while following company policies and store standards.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver an exceptional guest experience while achieving prestige brand sales goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends and products to better serve guests.
