Ulta Beauty in Boston is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) responsible for maximizing prestige category sales by engaging guests, assessing needs, and guiding selection of color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. You will support a Sales Manager with service, events, and guest experience while upholding brand standards.

The role requires passion for beauty, excellent guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience or an equivalent education/experience combination.
• Passion for prestige beauty products and guest service.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals for prestige sales and guest loyalty.
• Greet guests, provide personalized service, and recommend products.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Routinely perform makeup applications and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Maintain attendance and store cleanliness.
