Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category—color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance—by engaging guests, determining their needs, and guiding purchases. You will support the Sales Manager with service, events, and guest experience in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, performing makeup applications, recommending products, booking appointments, and staying informed on current trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetician licensing as required by state.
• Experience in prestige beauty is a plus.
• Ability to build customer relationships.
