Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology license may be required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store sales and guest loyalty goals in prestige category.
• Greet guests, assess needs, recommend products and services.
• Perform makeup applications and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events.
