Job description

Key role responsibilities

1. Operate machinery involved in highly repetitive and routine functions, such as riveting, staking, and assembling, with highly automated equipment.
2. Remove filled tubes from trays, visually check for completeness, cap tubes, pack in boxes with prescribed discs and labels, and record tube weights using SPC.
3. Position parts, operate machine controls, and visually inspect for proper rivets and defects like incorrect hole size, cracked rivets, stripped threads, or misalignment.
4. Perform bench assembly operations and use fixed gauges.
5. Work from drawings, route sheets, and verbal instructions.
6. Report faulty equipment, defective materials, and unusual conditions to the supervisor.
7. Follow all safety rules and keep the work area neat and orderly.

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required; additional training or experience is beneficial.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
