Job Summary

We are seeking a Food Runner to join our busy restaurant team! As a Food Runner, you will act as the link between the kitchen and the wait staff. Your responsibilities include setting and clearing tables, delivering food, and coordinating between the front and back of the house. Responsibilities:

1. Packing Orders: Ensuring food items are correctly assembled, packaged, and sealed for transport.
2. Quality Control: Checking food for accuracy, freshness, and proper presentation before handing it off.
3. Labeling & Organization: Marking containers with order details and ensuring they are properly arranged for pickup or delivery.
4. Communication: Coordinating with kitchen staff and delivery personnel to ensure timely service.
5. Sanitation & Safety: Maintaining cleanliness in the packing area and following food safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a busser, barback, food runner, or similar position is preferred, but training will be provided.
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Availability to work evening and weekend shifts.
