Job summary

American Plastics is seeking a Production Operator to support the manufacturing, inspection, and packaging of our products. You will help produce retail storage and janitorial items and ensure quality and safety on the line.

Earn up to $20.25 per hour with perfect attendance. The position offers a fixed schedule with 3-day weekends alternating, plus extensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K match, and more.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 40 lbs. and up to 80 lbs. team lift.
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbal
• PASS A PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN & AUTHORIZE BACKGROUND CHECK

Responsibilities

• Run a safe, clean operation which promotes zero accidents.
• Lift and remove parts from conveyor line.
• Maintain product specifications and packing according to customer requests.
• Trim, assemble and pack parts.
• Supply the lines and packing/stage areas with required materials.
• Rotate presses every 2 to 3 hours.
• Work all scheduled shifts.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned by Management.

About the Position

Compensation
