Job summary

American Plastics is hiring a Production Operator in Ohio to support the manufacture, inspection, and packaging of storage and janitorial products. You'll work on a fixed 2/2/3 schedule with days (5am–5pm) and nights (5pm–5am) and earn up to $21.00 per hour, plus a $1 night differential and a $500 referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 40 lbs. and up to 80 lbs. team lift.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Run a safe, clean operation with zero accidents.
• Lift and remove parts from conveyor line.
• Maintain product specs and packing per customer requests.
• Trim, assemble and pack parts.
• Supply lines and packing areas with required materials.
• Rotate presses every 2–3 hours.
• Work all scheduled shifts.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

About the Position

As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in the production, inspection and packaging of every great product that leaves our facility. You will make retail storage and janitorial products that you and your neighbors rely on every day.

Available Shifts

• Days: 5am – 5pm
• Nights: 5pm – 5am

Compensation

Earn up to $21.00 per hour with perfect attendance.

Additional: $1.00 shift differential for night shift: 7pm to 7am

$500 referral bonus, so bring your friends along.
