Job summary

American Plastics, LLC in Findlay, OH is seeking a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will participate in production, inspection and packaging of storage and janitorial products, with safety and quality at the forefront.

Shifts: Days 7am–7pm and Nights 7pm–7am. Earn up to $21.00 per hour with a $1.00 night shift differential and a $500 referral bonus. We offer 60 hours paid vacation, holidays, health benefits, 401K match and ongoing growth opportunities.

• Adult or older (18+) as per requirement.

Responsibilities

• Run a safe, clean operation with emphasis on zero accidents.
• Lift and remove parts from conveyor line.
• Maintain product specs and packing per customer requests.
• Trim, assemble and pack parts.
• Supply lines and packing areas with required materials.
• Rotate presses every 2–3 hours.
• Work all scheduled shifts.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

About the Position

As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in the production, inspection and packaging of every great product that leaves our facility. You will make retail storage and janitorial products that you and your neighbors rely on every day.

Available Shifts

• Days: 7am – 7pm
• Nights: 7pm – 7am

Duties & Expectations on the Job

• Run a safe, clean operation which promotes zero accidents.
• Lift and remove parts from conveyor line.
• Maintain product specifications and packing according to customer requests.
• Trim, assemble and pack parts.
• Supply the lines and packing/stage areas with required materials.
• Rotate presses every 2 to 3 hours.
• Work all scheduled shifts.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned by Management.

Compensation

Earn up to $21.00 per hour with perfect attendance.

Additional: $1.00 shift differential for night shift: 7pm to 7am

$500 referral bonus, so bring your friends along.

Requirements

Who you are

• At least 18 years of age.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 40 lbs. and up to 80 lbs. team lift.
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbal
