Job summary

American Plastics is seeking a Production Operator to join its Ohio manufacturing team. You will be involved in production, inspection, and packaging of goods, helping create retail storage and janitorial products used daily.

The role offers a fixed schedule with 2/2/3 shifts, a 3-day weekend every other week, and a strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K with company match, paid vacation, holidays, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs and team lift up to 80 lbs
• Effective written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Run a safe, clean operation promoting zero accidents
• Lift and remove parts from conveyor line
• Maintain product specifications and packing per customer requests
• Trim, assemble and pack parts
• Supply lines and staging areas with required materials
• Rotate presses every 2 to 3 hours
• Work all scheduled shifts
• Other duties and projects as assigned by Management

About the Position:

As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in the production, inspection and packaging of every great product that leaves our facility. You will make retail storage and janitorial products that you and your neighbors rely on every day.

Available Shifts:

• Days: 5am – 5pm
• Nights: 5pm – 5am

What you will enjoy:

Compensation:

Earn up to $21.00 per hour with perfect attendance.

Additional: $1.00 shift differential for night shift: 7pm to 7am

$500 referral bonus, so bring your friends along.
