Job summary

Trotter Workforce in Souderton, PA is seeking a press operator to support our production line across 1st, 2nd (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) and 3rd (11:00 PM–7:00 AM) shifts. You will oversee press operations under the guidance of the Press Operator or Supervisor, prepare and execute changeovers, monitor product quality, and maintain safe, organized work areas.

Hourly rate is based on experience and will be discussed during the initial phone screen.

Qualifications

Previous experience in press operations or manufacturing preferred.
Ability to learn and follow operational and safety procedures.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality; ability to work in team environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee press operations under the guidance of the Press Operator or Supervisor.
Prepare and execute press changeovers efficiently and accurately.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with production standards.
Train and support press assistants on operational procedures.
Perform preventative maintenance activities according to company protocols.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment.
Follow all safety protocols and report any safety-related issues immediately.
Maintain accurate records of quality, production, and waste.
Perform other duties as assigned to support press operations.
