American Trim, LLC is seeking reliable production team members for offline press operations on 1st shift. Prior press operator experience is a plus, with day one holidays and 401(k) available. The role requires attention to safety and quality standards and offers a clear path for growth.

The position runs on 1st shift from 5:55 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with overtime as needed. Base pay ranges from $17.70 to $19.70 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Manual dexterity to meet defined production rates.
• Knowledge of press, dies and setup operations.
• Knowledge of control charts, inspection data and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsabilités

• Complete daily job assignments and maintain steady production flow.
• Meet quality goals as defined by process documentation.
• Operate according to Process Data Sheets and packing instructions.
• Record inspection results and report out-of-tolerance data.
• Follow safety standards and wear PPE as required.
• Assist with housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
