Job summary

Trotter Workforce in Souderton, PA is hiring a Press Operator for the 3rd shift (11pm–7am, Mon–Fri) to lead press operations and ensure high-quality output. You will oversee press performance, coordinate changeovers, train Press Assistants, and uphold safety, GMP, and production standards.

Prior press experience and a strong quality focus are required; mechanical aptitude helps with troubleshooting and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee press operations to ensure safe and efficient production.

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and waste records.
• Comply with safety, GMP, and plant policies.
