Job summary

Trotter Workforce in Souderton, PA is seeking a press operator to support our production line across 1st, 2nd (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) and 3rd (11:00 PM–7:00 AM) shifts. You will oversee press operations under the guidance of the Press Operator or Supervisor, prepare and execute changeovers, monitor product quality, and maintain safe, organized work areas.

Hourly rate is based on experience and will be discussed during the initial phone screen.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in press operations or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to learn and follow operational and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality; ability to work in team environment.

Responsibilities
