Press Cell Team Leader - Kapco Grafton, WI

Kapco Inc. is seeking a Press Cell Team Lead on 2nd shift at our Grafton, WI facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of setup, coil changes, and troubleshooting of stamping press machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the needs of the press team to ensure safety, quality, engagement, and productivity.
• Direct workflow within the team to maximize machine utilization and balance work among team members.
• Train operators on running, setting up, and troubleshooting stamping presses and support equipment.
• Communicate and coordinate with support teams for needed assistance.
• Ensure compliance with ISO procedures and proper documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years stamping and troubleshooting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience training others on stamping presses.
