Raytheon has an opportunity for a 2nd shift Production Supervisor to join the Advanced Electronics Sub Assembly (AES) Factory. This position has overall leadership of a Cell in a fast paced, multi-shift, high mix environment that produces products using cutting edge technologies. The Team Lead ensures that all products meet contractual quality, cost, and schedule requirements by planning, organizing, and directing the flow of production while maintaining a safe work environment. This individual will also be responsible for a safe work environment and will lead and engage in safety improvement projects.

This role requires daily interaction with manufacturing engineering, maintenance, production control, finance, and the program management office. Achieving/exceeding cost, quality, delivery, safety goals and identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities using six sigma and lean methodologies are critical performance criteria for this position.

What You Will Do

• Driving goals and accountability throughout cell
• Workforce planning and forecasting.
• Employee hiring, training, and unit hour performance.
• Area layout and flow management
• Ensuring the full compliance of company policies and procedures
• Understanding and operating within the contractual requirements set forth in a multiple union environment

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with Sub-Assembly assembly and test execution
• Previous experience supervising bargaining unit employees.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
• Self-directed individual
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
• Knowledge of basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
