Job Title: Logistics Coordinator/Team Lead
Time Type: Hourly
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supervising daily operational activities, including warehousing, receiving, and shipping, under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor. The role involves supervising associates to meet company service and cost objectives, ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are met.
Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED, 1 year logistics/distribution experience, forklift operation skills, ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures.
Certificates & Licenses: Forklift training certification.
Basic computer skills, RF scanners, WMS, effective communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to work independently.
2-4 years warehouse experience, proven forklift experience, current MHE certification.
Occasional handling, frequent bending, constant walking/standing, lifting 21-50 lbs, reach, squat, kneel. Warehouse environment with low to moderate noise, minimal exposure to chemicals.
