Hours & Shift

Tuesday - Friday, 2:30pm – 1:00am

Pay Range

$25.92 hiring rate, with a $3 night shift premium (6pm – 6am) and a $2.25 weekend shift premium (Saturday and Sunday shifts). Potential to earn $1,500 in bonuses within the first year.

Job Summary

As a Team Leader, you will lead team members to ensure high standards of performance, quality, production, and safety are met in a designated production area. Responsibilities include operating and troubleshooting equipment, training and mentoring team members, communicating production optimization opportunities, and maintaining documentation as required by law and regulatory agencies.
