Pitney Bowes Presort Services in Grove City, OH is hiring for a Direct Hire Full Time Warehouse Presort Associate 1 on the 2nd shift. You will prepare outgoing mail, verify dates, weights, and barcodes, and ensure accuracy before production.

The role involves physical work, lifting up to 50 lbs, and collaborating with drivers to meet delivery SLAs. Weekly pay and benefits are provided in a fast-paced mailing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Walk, stand, stoop and bend for long periods.
• Knowledge of pre-sort mailing or similar operations is a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Presort: review dates, postage, and barcodes before production.
• Dispatch: stack and prepare sorted mail for the post office.
• Assist inbound/outbound processing of mail/packages and coordinate with drivers.
• Monitor quality and ensure mail meets SLAs and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot jams and communicate issues clearly to team.
