Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting is partnering with an established construction and field services company to recruit a President based in Orange County, CA. This onsite leadership role oversees day-to-day operations and long-term performance, with travel to active jobsites across Southern California.

You will manage managers, supervisors, and field crews, drive operational excellence, and engage with ownership, investors, and the board.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in construction or field operations.
• Direct experience leading teams of 40–50 employees.
• Hands-on leader with field presence and field-based decision making.
• Ability to communicate with ownership, investors, and boards.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership drive.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Southern California.
