Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC seeks a Director of Field Operations in Orange County, CA to lead Field Operations for HVAC, Plumbing and Industrial Divisions, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

The role oversees Field Operations Administration including Field Superintendents and Journeymen, conducts forecasting, analyzes job status, labor and scheduling, and drives continuous improvement across projects in a dynamic construction environment.

Formación

• 8+ years of Field Operations experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing mechanical systems.
• Extensive knowledge in Construction and Labor Management.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, Outlook, Project and BlueBeam.
