Valor Front is representing an established industrial field-services company seeking a President & General Manager to lead operations with full P&L responsibility. The role focuses on growing recurring maintenance revenue, expanding client relationships, and integrating engineering and service into a unified, customer-centric model.

The position requires 10+ years of leadership in field-service, with experience in union and non-union teams, contracts, and change orders.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in field-service or industrial-services.
• Experience running a branch/region with P&L ownership and growth.
• Deep familiarity with service contracts, maintenance portfolios, and customer retention.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts, change orders, and MSAs.
• Experience leading union and non-union field technicians with safety training.
• Exposure to acquisitions and integrating acquired companies.
• Executive presence with private ownership group interaction.
• Massachusetts-based or willing to relocate (relocation support).

Responsabilidades

• Run the business with full P&L accountability and report to ownership.
• Grow recurring service revenue, protect accounts and win new contracts.
• Lead licensed field workforce, with a focus on safety culture and development.
• Own project pipelines: bid, negotiate, and deliver long-cycle projects.
• Integrate engineering, equipment sales, and service into a single customer-centric model.
• Expand into new segments/territories and pursue bolt-on acquisitions.
• Drive financial controls, purchasing policies, and data-driven reporting.
• Build partnerships with OEMs, suppliers, and subcontractors.
