Job summary

CEO Life is seeking a Chapter President in Orange County (CA) to lead a 5-person Executive Leadership Pod and enroll CEOs, founders, and C‑suite executives. You will build a premium executive community, drive recurring revenue, and guide a high-performance team across market verticals.

You’ll lead executive outreach, host monthly events, and cultivate partnerships while maintaining an active sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling to CEOs, founders, and C-suite executives.
• Strong local network in Orange County and surrounding markets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead personal prospecting, engagement, and closing with C-suite executives and coach Chapter Directors to scale.
• Manage and develop four Chapter Directors across industry verticals to achieve 3–10 executive members closed monthly.
• Organize monthly signature events for CEOs and founders, building pipeline opportunities and partnerships.
• Track activity and maintain a clean CRM pipeline with consistent reporting.
