Talent Authority Partners, LLC is searching for a VP of Operations to strengthen field execution and build operating practices for growth. You will lead project managers, field supervision, and cross-functional partners across the Southeast.

You will own execution after award, focusing on crew scheduling, production performance, and installation quality, with field time to turn knowledge into standards and training.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive construction operations leadership with self-performed field crews.
• Experience in highway, heavy civil, or DOT subcontracting environments.
• Proven ability to lead PMs or field leaders across multiple locations.
• Strong scheduling, resource planning, and use of production metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Own crew scheduling across concurrent projects and adjust to capacity changes.
• Set production targets and use labor hours and job-cost data to protect margins.
• Lead PMs through setup, scheduling, change orders, and closeout.
• Coordinate with shop and logistics to minimize downtime.
• Develop field leaders and repeatable installation and training practices.
• Report performance to the CEO, including schedule adherence and margins.
• Maintain site safety and prevailing-wage compliance in partnership with finance.
