Job summary

ParkerBeth is conducting a confidential search for a President to lead an established Southern California painting and reconstruction contractor serving commercial, multifamily and HOA customers. This is a hands-on operating leadership role for an executive who wants to own the whole business.

You will guide approximately 165 employees, oversee company P&L and build leaders across production, estimating, finance, operations and sales.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated construction contracting operations and P&L leadership.
• Direct experience leading managers and field employees.
• Approachable, hands-on and decisive.
• Painting, reconstruction and HOA/multifamily experience are helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with field crews and functional leaders.
• Strengthen execution from sales and estimating through production.
• Lead company financial and operating performance.
• Develop senior managers and improve organizational accountability.
• Work with investors on major strategic decisions while managing the business independently.

Base salary: $225,000–$275,000 + 3% Equity opportunity

This is a hands-on operating leadership opportunity for an executive who wants to own the whole business. You will guide approximately 165 employees, oversee company P&L and build leaders across production, estimating, finance, operations and sales.

• Base $225K–$275K plus equity opportunity
