Job summary

Kofile Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Supervisor, Preservation to oversee workflows, allocate resources, assign daily objectives to the preservation team, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

The role is approximately 75% hands-on floor supervision and 25% administrative duties, requiring strong leadership, data-driven performance management, and collaboration with operations to meet customer schedules and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in related work areas.
• Working knowledge Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good communication skills with varying levels within a company.
• Leadership ability, and a highly organized approach to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Enforce company policy while maintaining/improving employee morale.
• Strategize with Operations leader for daily/weekly/monthly forecasted operational execution.
• Submit reports on performance and progress.
• Hands on work alongside team members driving efficiency and quality workmanship.
• Train team members on all applicable Work Instructions.
• Work with Kofile management and staff to meet our customers’ needs and delivery schedules.
• Implement operational policies and procedures.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Provide production/quality feedback.
• Monitor and provide feedback for employee attendance.
• Perform payroll related duties to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Monitor workflow so orders are progressing as scheduled.
• Identify process improvement techniques and help their implementation.
• Build partnerships with operational peers to ensure open communication and seamless collaboration.
• Foster an environment of employee communication with the management team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
