Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience required.
• Minimum of two years of experience supervising or managing personnel.
• Previous experience in operations, logistics, shipping, inventory management, warehousing, fine art, collectibles, or related environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Spanish-language proficiency preferred.

Aufgaben

• Supervise Operations staff, including shippers, packers, and consignment coordinators.
• Plan and manage efficient processing, storage, packing, and shipment of consigned property to Dallas HQ and other Heritage locations.
• Coordinate operational activities related to office relocations and other special projects.
• Oversee accurate entry, tagging, verification, and inventory control of property.
• Establish storage locations for property awaiting shipment, photography, cataloging, client return, or other disposition.
• Maintain organized, secure, and orderly storage areas.
• Oversee safe packing, unpacking, handling, and movement of fragile and valuable property.
• Train Operations staff in property-handling, packing, moving, and safety procedures.
• Prepare monthly productivity and operational reports for management.
