Job summary

Kofile oversees preservation workflows, assigns tasks, and ensures daily objectives are met. This role combines hands-on floor supervision (75%) with administrative duties (25%), driving productivity and quality while aligning with company standards.

The Supervisor, Preservation focuses on improving processes, maintaining schedules, and ensuring customer delivery timelines are met through effective team leadership and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in related work areas.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Leadership ability and a highly organized approach to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Enforce company policy while maintaining/improving employee morale.
• Strategize with Operations leader for daily/weekly/monthly forecasted operational execution.
• Submit reports on performance and progress.
• Hands on work alongside team members driving efficiency and quality workmanship.
• Train team members on all applicable Work Instructions.
• Work with Kofile management and staff to meet our customers’ needs and delivery schedules.
• Implement operational policies and procedures.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Provide production/quality feedback.
• Monitor and provide feedback for employee attendance.
• Perform payroll related duties to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Monitor workflow so orders are progressing as scheduled.
• Identify process improvement techniques and help their implementation.
• Build partnerships with operational peers to ensure open communication and seamless collaboration.
• Foster an environment of employee communication with the management team.
• Staff development/training.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
